Mobile EDGE Payment Services Terms and Conditions


Please read and acknowledge these terms and conditions ("terms", "terms and conditions") carefully before using the GetPaid Payment Service (the "service") operated by Mobile EDGE Solutions ("us", 'we", "our").

 

Conditions of Use

We will provide their services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you use this service or engage with us to access this service, you accept the following conditions. We urge you to read them carefully.

 

Accessing the GetPaid Payment Service

To access our GetPaid Payment Service, businesses are required to:

  1. Have a legally registered and operating business:
  2. Hold a valid business operating license in at least one of the countries or markets they operate in and provide proof of same at point of application
  3. Provide, upon request, a summary of their business operations, listing of products and services sold and provided to clients, a copy of their service and returns policies and customer dispute resolution process.
  4. Adhere to Providing Partner Chargeback Requirements.
    1. Maintain a chargeback rate of less than 0.7%. If chargebacks exceed 0.07%, the account will be flagged for suspension. This service is provided through Stripe.
    2. A chargeback is a customer filing a complaint against their bank that they were incorrectly charged. The bank then files against credit card provider (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or other) which is then handled by Stripe. Whether the refund is done with or without a dispute, Stripe charges for the chargeback.     3. The gain and maintain access to this service, businesses MUST adhere to Stripe policies. If the account is found in breach the account will be terminated by us. Please refer to Stripe’s terms: https://stripe.com/en-ca/legal.
  5. Maintain an account in good standing.
    1. An account in ‘good standing’ means that all invoices and monies owed to us are paid and business payment information on file is current. Accounts that are not in ‘good standing’ will experience a temporary disruption in service as services will be suspended for 30-days or until the account returns to a status of ‘good standing’.
    2. Following the first 30-day period, if the account is still in arrears, the account will be deactivated and all activities on the account, including receiving payment and processing payments will be terminated.
    3. Accounts that are deactivated will require a $250 USD fee for reactivation and may be subject to termination at our sole discretion.
  6. Complete the GetPaid Application process and pay the required fees associated with set up and maintenance of the service. For the most up to date fee structure, please contact one of our Sales Executives at sales@getmobileedge.com.
  7. Funds received through GetPaid Payment Services will be paid out, less all applicable fees and taxes within 3 business days after a cash out request is received via email to sales@getmobileedge.com.

Acceptance of Terms

By (clicking ‘Agree’ or signing), I hereby:

  1. Agree and consent to the Terms and Conditions of Use of the GetPaid Payment Services
  2. Authorize Mobile EDGE Solutions to collect, store and use the data and information I provide to set up and provide access to the GetPaid Payment Services and that my information will be used and stored in accordance to their Privacy Policy (need hyperlink)
  3. Confirm that all the information provided in the application, set up and provision of this service is accurate and true to the best of my knowledge. I also confirm that if the information provided is falsified or misrepresented my account may be terminated and I may be subjected to criminal charges.
