CONTRACT OF SERVICE

CONTRACT OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Contract of Service Agreement, hereafter referred to as the “Service Contract” is between the Service Provider, “GetPAID Group” and the Client, .

This Contract of Service is governed by the Master Service Agreement signed between the Service Provider and Client. All services and cost of services will be provided based on the terms and conditions outlined therein.

SCOPE OF WORK

The Client hereby agrees to engage the Service Provider to provide the Client with services outlined on quotation number created on date.

TERM

The term of this Service Contract (the “Term”) will begin on the date this Contract is signed and is estimated to last no longer than 12 months. We expect the project to be completed on the date of your final invoice However, the term may be extended with the mutual agreement, in writing, of both parties.

SERVICE PAYMENTS

All service pricing is outlined above in the scope of work. We will require a 100% non-refundable deposit to get the work started with any additional balance due within 7 days days of completion. To accept our work as complete we will allow up to 3 revisions to the work delivered.

In the event this Contract is terminated by the Client, prior to completion of the Services but where the services are partially performed, the Service Provider will be entitled to pro rata payment of the Service Payment to the date of termination providing there is no breach of the Master Service Agreement and the Service Contract.

All service payments do not include sales taxes, or other applicable taxes and fees. Any and all applicable taxes and fees will be charged in addition to the service payment.

SERVICE CONTRACT TERMINATION

This Service Contract can be terminated by either party in writing with at least five (5) business days’ notice. Any outstanding monies owed, at time of termination of the Service Contract will be handled as outlined in the Service Payments section above.
